1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Zeta 7 platform and all its services. By creating an account or using Zeta 7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Zeta 7 is an international online Sports Betting platform. Our mission is to provide users in Bangladesh with the highest quality, safe, and transparent betting experience.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account and use our services on Zeta 7, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any funds will be forfeited.
• Each person may operate one account only. Only one account is permitted per mobile number, email address, and device.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Your account login credentials must be kept confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any documents requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be submitted without fail.

Zeta 7 reserves the right to decline any account registration, particularly where fraud is suspected.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Zeta 7. These rules protect the interests of both users and the platform.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Zeta 7 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is abandoned or rescheduled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If your connection drops during live betting, the last successfully submitted bet will be considered final.
• The maximum bet amount per match is set by Zeta 7 and may be changed at any time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Zeta 7 supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Funds may only be withdrawn via the payment method used to make the deposit.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳ 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
• Every withdrawal request goes through a security verification process. Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• To prevent money laundering, Zeta 7 reserves the right to investigate any transaction.
• Network charges or payment provider fees may apply to deposits, and these are outside of Zeta 7's control.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zeta 7 regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement, which typically ranges from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Each user may use each promotion once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.5 to count toward the wagering requirement.
• Zeta 7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeta 7 and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any other manipulation to obtain bonuses.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event in your favor, whether alone or with the help of others.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to place bets or operate the platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Money Laundering: Using Zeta 7 to launder illegally obtained funds.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security or steal another user's information.

Zeta 7 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all deposits and winnings, and pursue legal action for any of the activities listed above.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Zeta 7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of any breach of these Terms.
• Failure to submit the required KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• In the event of a technical error or security risk.

For permanently closed accounts, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded once the verification process is complete.

8 Limitation of Liability

Zeta 7 is not liable for the following:

• Issues caused by internet disconnection, device malfunction, or third-party service failures.
• Any losses resulting from sharing your account login credentials with others.
• Financial losses arising from betting. Betting is a risky activity and the possibility of losing is always present.
• Any damages caused by third-party websites or services.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We are able to resolve most issues within 24–48 hours.

• If your issue is not resolved through customer support, it will be escalated to our management team.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, the official match data will be considered final.

All dispute resolution at Zeta 7 is conducted in accordance with the rules of its international gaming license.
